BID Levy Forecasting Announced

MaestroLIVE is poised to make the task of forecasting BID levys a doddle.  Utilising the powerful CRM and 'Dynamic Properties' capability, users can now gather rateable value information and use this to calculate the BID levy on that business.

Traditionally this has been a laborious task for BID managers hoping to generate figures for various scenarios.  Now MaestroLIVE is making it easier than ever to calculate different BID levy income projections with different variables.

This functionality is available now but further enhancements have been scheduled for release in mid July 2016. 

Features becoming available in the next few weeks include the ability to create a 'setting' dynamic property.  This will enable BIDs to calculate BID levy income projections with multiple tiers of charging.  

"A BID has two main criteria it needs to meet; (1) to be of value to its members; (2) to get itself re-elected at the end of each term. If it fulfils point 1, then point 2 is much easier. However, a BID has to be able to prove that it is of value to its members, and it has to know what it's members think of the value it provides, and this is where MaestroLIVE comes in.
