Generating an accurate final invoice is critical for profitability. Track what you use on a job by recording it in Maestrolive and when you come to generate the final invoice you'll have a full account of what you actually need to bill for.
Here we can see the 'budget items' that have been recorded as being used during a job. This data is recorded in the mobile app but can be edited in the browser before you generate the invoice by selecting 'Actions' and then 'Get Invoice'.
Every event or action that takes place in Maestrolive is recorded. So for a new enquiry, we can see an audit trail from the moment the initial sales visit was requested right through to acceptance of the estimate and the delivery of the work.
